We’ve outlined everything you need to know to help you feel informed and confident about your visit — including how to prepare, what to expect, and how to care for your skin after treatment.

New Patients: Welcome

We proudly serve clients from Rancho Santa Margarita, Mission Viejo, Ladera Ranch, Lake Forest, and surrounding South Orange County areas. As a new patient, you’ll receive:

  • A comprehensive consultation with Dr. Hamidi
  • Full explanation of treatment options
  • Honest recommendations — no pressure or sales tactics
  • A chance to ask all your questions and voice your goals
  • A personalized plan tailored to your needs

Whether you're exploring Botox for the first time or preparing for a skin tightening procedure, your comfort and understanding come first.

What to Expect at Your Appointment

Before Your Visit

  • You’ll receive a confirmation by phone, email, or text.
  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete any remaining paperwork.
  • Avoid active skin irritation, open wounds, or sunburn in the treatment area.
  • Bring a list of any medications or medical conditions that may be relevant.

During Your Visit

  • All consultations and treatments are personally performed by Dr. Ali Hamidi
  • You’ll discuss your goals, medical history, and concerns
  • For treatment appointments, numbing (if needed) will be applied, and aftercare explained in detail
  • Expect a calm, professional, boutique-style experience throughout

Appointment Policies

We operate by appointment only and offer flexible scheduling Monday through Saturday.

Hours

Monday – Saturday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
Note: All visits are by appointment only

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals

We kindly ask that you arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to stay on schedule.

Forms, Payment & Financing

Forms

New patient forms will be provided in-office or emailed upon request.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept:

  • Major credit/debit cards
  • HSA/FSA cards (depending on service eligibility)
  • No insurance billing — aesthetic treatments are elective and not covered by insurance

Financing

We accept both Care Credit and Cherry Financing Options.

Aftercare & Follow-Up

Dr. Hamidi provides customized aftercare instructions for each treatment. Typical guidelines may include:

  • Avoiding sun exposure or heat for 24–72 hours
  • Gentle skincare routines post-laser or microneedling
  • Avoiding strenuous activity after injectables
  • Hydration and proper healing support for collagen-stimulating procedures

We provide ongoing communication and invite patients to follow up as needed. Your results and comfort are always a priority.
